In 1996, Grahamme McDougall started PFM with a simple mission: to reliably deliver sensitive freight to every corner of Australia. Growing up in Cairns, he knew firsthand how hard it was to get quality service beyond the major cities.

Today, PFM has grown into Australia’s most trusted sensitive freight provider. Employing 170+ staff in 13 depots situated across the nation, we deliver reliably to over 95% of Australian postcodes.

We’re still 100% Australian owned and operated. Still a family business where we know that how we treat our people is how they’ll treat our customers.
